Return/Refund & Exchange Policy
RETURNS POLICY
• Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, items once opened or used cannot be repackaged or resold. To ensure safety and hygiene for all customers, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.
• Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
– Products that are physically damaged during transit
– Products with manufacturing defects (such as broken bottles or packaging defects)
– Incorrect product shipped
• To request a return, customers must email care@tinyfixbeauty.com within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with:
– Clear photos of the damaged / incorrect / missing product
– An unboxing video clearly showing the issue
– Photos of the outer shipping box
Damage caused during transit must be clearly visible in the photos and video. All return requests are subject to verification and final approval by Tiny Fix Beauty. Requests without an unboxing video or submitted after 24 hours of delivery cannot be entertained.
• Approved returns must be sent back in unused condition, in the original packaging, along with the box and protective material it was shipped in. Items returned without proper packaging or in damaged condition may be rejected.
• Returns will not be accepted if:
– The product has been opened, used, or tried
– The serial number, batch code, or seal has been tampered with
Upon receiving the returned product, Tiny Fix Beauty will inspect and validate the claim.
• If the return is approved, a replacement will be issued.
If the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be shipped back to the customer.
• All claims related to missing items or shortages must be reported on the day of delivery or within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the shipping box and a clear explanation emailed to care@tinyfixbeauty.com . Claims raised beyond this time frame may not be eligible for resolution.
• If a product does not suit your skin, this does not qualify as a return or refund. Skincare is subjective, and individual reactions may vary. By purchasing skincare, beauty, or consumable products, customers acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

REFUNDS POLICY
• Refunds are issued only in cases where a return has been approved after inspection by Tiny Fix Beauty.
• Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
• Refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days from the date of approval of the return. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
